PENGUIN'S "FERRY CROSSINGS" "Ferry Crossings" includes two stories by Goa Netter Peter Nazareth. Also included are two stories from Victor Rangel-Rebeiro's "Tivolem". Some other authors include Pundalik Naik, Damodar Mauzo, Chandrakant Keni and others. -

Penguin Books have recently released "Ferry Crossings", a highly readable book containing 27 short stories translated from the Konkani, Marathi and Portuguese, besides some written originally in English. The book has been edited by Manohar Shetty, a wellknown poet and former editor of "Goa Today".
